Weather guarantee

All day passes bought at the ticket office and online include the famous weather guarantee. This means that you can go down once, just one step on the ski lift, to test if you like the weather and snow conditions. And if you are not convinced, we will change the ski pass for another day.

How it works

If the wind, the snow or the weather conditions not convinced after the first descent, you can come to ski another day.

Important

The guarantee will always be processed at the Ordino Arcalís ticket office, on the same day, where it will be checked whether the ski pass has made at most one pass through the winch of the ski lift. And, if necessary, a new ski pass will be issued with the same conditions for another day of this season.
