Top up your Season Ski Pass

At Ordino Arcalís, we have taken another step forward in the preservation of the environment with the rechargeable seasonal ski pass.

For this season 2024 - 2025, season Nord Pass are valid for online top up in the purchase process.

Configure how can I recharge my ski pass?

Follow these steps to correctly top up your season pass:

  1. Find the last active pass you used on the slopes as you will need the central numbers of the code printed on it. 

  2. During the purchase process, once you have selected the products you want and added the necessary documents, select “top up now” and complete the code. Ensure that the number shown matches the one on your printed season pass.

  3. If you do not have your physical ski pass at hand, you can contact our department through the following form. If you do not have the physical support, you can order a new support instead of recharging it.

Documents you need

Andorra Residents

  • Requires presentation of an Andorran passport or residence green card and Comú residence certificate. (Maximum 3 months from the issuance)
     

Senior, Child or Baby  (under 6 years) Season pass

  • You must attach documentation proving the age of the season pass holder at the time of the online top-up.
