Weather guarantee

All one-day and multi-day ski passes purchased at the ticket office or online include a weather guarantee. This allows you to take a single ride on the ski lifts to assess the snow and weather conditions. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange your ski pass for one valid on another day.

How it works

If the wind, snow, or weather conditions do not convince you after your first run, you can come back to ski on another day. On the day you wish to ski, you must bring the non-used ski pass and the voucher to process the new pass.

Important

The guarantee must always be processed on the same day at the Ordino Arcalís ticket office. It will be verified that the ski pass has only been used once at the ski lifts. If necessary, a new pass with the same conditions will be issued for another day in the season, valid only at the Ordino Arcalís ski resort.
