How to get to and park in Ordino Arcalís
How to get there and the main routes to get to Arcalís. Remember that Andorra is a mountainous country and that, from 1 November until 15 May, it is compulsory to wear special equipments.
If you want to travel in your own car, the main routes are as follows:
From Spain, take the C-145 road from Lleida, and the C-16 road from the Cadí or Puigcerdà tunnel, from Barcelona. Seu d’Urgell is almost 40 km from the resort.
From France, take the N-22 road, crossing the border via the Pas de la Casa.

How to arrive by bus
Andorra – Toulouse: This bus route is controlled by Andbybus and has two stops in Toulouse; Matabiau train station and Toulouse Airport. + Info
Andorra – Barcelona: There are three bus companies that offer this route; Directbus that stops in both Sants Train station and the El Prat Airport, Andbus that stops solely in the airport and ALSA that will take you to the Estació del Nord train station.
Andorra – Lleida: HIFE bus company also connects with Lerida. You can be dropped off at the AVE train station or the Lerida bus station. + Info
Andorra – Costa Dorada: Alsa also connects the Pyrenees to the Catalan Costa Dorada with regular routes and stops in Reus (Barcelona) Airport, Tarragona, Salou, Cambrils, Miami Platja, etc.
Andorra – La Seu d'Urgell – Puigcerdà: to arrive at the Spanish RENFE train station in Puigcerdà, you must take a bus to La Seu d´Urgell (route information here), and from La Seu d´Urgell take a different bus to Puigcerdà.
How to arrive by train
The Madrid-Lleida AVE high speed train brings you to the nearest railway station in Spain. From Lleida, AndBus, ALSA HIFE provides daily coach services to Andorra.
From France, the nearest railway stations are those in L'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre (acces by Skirail) and La Tour de Carol. From both, HIFE provides daily coach services to Andorra.

We offer you several options, for you to choose the one you may deem most suitable to your needs. It is really easy. There are several parking areas which are free of charge with capacity for 1,500 vehicles. All the parking areas have direct access to the sector's trails.
Free parking
In a reserved area in a superb setting very close to the slopes, Ordino Arcalís offers the clients the chance to hire parking places.

VIP parking
In Ordino Arcalís, you will find exclusive parking spaces with access to electric chargers. Enjoy the VIP parking for €10 per day and ensure your comfort.

This service will be available from December 25th, every Thursday of the 2025-26 season.
Free service with prior online reservation. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance and until the day before the service.
Overnight Stay for Motorhomes and Campervans at the Resorts
In accordance with current regulations in the Principality of Andorra, overnight stays in motorhomes, campervans or similar vehicles are only permitted in specifically designated and signposted areas.
For this season, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Commerce, has set up provisional overnight stay areas at the resorts while the definitive areas—planned for summer 2026—are being developed. These spaces are marked, signposted, and monitored by resort staff. Overnight stays outside the authorised areas are not permitted.

This is a strictly regulated area, aimed at ensuring proper capacity management, as other groups also use it.
The area features a small service zone, which includes: WC facilities, a black water disposal point, and a waste separation area (general waste and packaging).
Free access hours are from 08:00 to 12:00. Outside of this time and until 18:00, access must be arranged by phone by calling +376 354 091.
This car park authorises overnight parking, and the rules established by the current legislation and the Comú’s regulations apply. For those wishing to use camping-style services, the campings available in Canillo are recommended.
