New Mobile Pass

Mobile Pass is the digital ski pass from Grandvalira Resorts that allows you to access the lifts directly using your mobile phone. By activating it easily through the Grandvalira Resorts App, your access will be ready in seconds with no need to collect any physical pass. 

Offering a 100% digital experience, the Mobile Pass brings comfort, speed and a smoother way to move around the resort, also thanks to the installation of new turnstiles equipped with the Smart Guard photo ID system.

Activate your Mobile Pass for online purchases

If you have already purchased the Mobile Pass, follow these steps to set it up on your phone:

  1. Log in to the Grandvalira Resorts App with the same email used for the purchase.
  2. The ski pass will appear in the “Mobile Pass” section of the app.
  3. Link it to your device (internet connection required)
  4. On the day of skiing, activate it (Bluetooth required)

Once activated, place your phone in your left pocket to access the lifts.

Share your Mobile Passes from online purchases

When you purchase more than one Mobile Pass, all passes will appear in the “Mobile Pass” section of the buyer’s app. To share them with other users:

  • Link your Mobile Pass to your device if you will also be skiing.
  • Share the remaining Mobile Passes with each person in your group via a link or QR code generated in the app.

Each person who receives a Mobile Pass must:

  1. Have the Grandvalira Resorts App installed.
  2. The ski pass will appear in the “Mobile Pass” section of the app.
  3. Link it to their device (internet connection required)
  4. On the day of skiing, activate it (Bluetooth required)

Once activated, place the phone in the left pocket to access the lifts.

Activate your Mobile Pass from ticket office purchases

When purchasing at the ticket office or from vending machines, you’ll receive a QR code to activate your Mobile Pass (one code per Mobile Pass purchased).

  1. Scan the QR code using the Grandvalira Resorts App (install it if you don’t have it).
  2. The ski pass will appear in the “Mobile Pass” section of the app.
  3. Link it to your device (internet connection required)
  4. On the day of skiing, activate it (Bluetooth required)

Once activated, place your phone in your left pocket to access the lifts.

What type of ski pass is available in the Mobile Pass format?

Currently, the Mobile Pass is available in the Adult format, valid for 1 to 3 days.

Do I need an internet connection to use it?

You only need a Wi-Fi or data connection to link your Mobile Pass; once linked, it works offline and doesn’t require internet access to use the lifts.

Can the Mobile Pass be used on more than one device?

No, each Mobile Pass can only be linked to one device at a time. Once linked, the Mobile Pass becomes non-transferable and personal.

Can I uninstall the app after linking the Mobile Pass?

No. It is very important not to uninstall the Grandvalira Resorts app while the Mobile Pass is active, as it is linked to your device and cannot be used again if uninstalled.
