From Spain

By road

From Spain, you can enter Andorra via the C-145 road from Lleida or the C-16 from the Cadí Tunnel or Puigcerdà (coming from Barcelona). La Seu d’Urgell is just 40 km from the Ordino Arcalís resort.

By plane

Andorra is connected to several Spanish airports:

  • Andorra – La Seu d’Urgell International Airport (27 km)
  • Lleida-Alguaire Airport (150 km)
  • Barcelona – El Prat Airport (200 km)
  • Reus Airport (240 km)
  • Girona – Costa Brava Airport (260 km)

By train

The AVE high-speed train from Madrid to Lleida allows quick access to the region. From Lleida, several bus companies offer daily services to Andorra: AndBus, ALSA and HIFE.

By bus

  • Barcelona – Andorra: daily services by DirectBus (stops at Sants Station and El Prat Airport), Andbus (also at El Prat), and ALSA (from Barcelona Nord Station).
  • Lleida – Andorra: service provided by HIFE, with stops at both the AVE station and Lleida’s main bus station.
  • Costa Daurada – Andorra: HIFE offers regular connections from Reus Airport, Tarragona, Salou, Cambrils, Miami Platja and l’Hospitalet de l’Infant.
  • Puigcerdà – La Seu d’Urgell – Andorra: take a regular bus to La Seu d’Urgell, then continue to Andorra or Puigcerdà, depending on direction.

From France

By road

Access is via the N-22 road, crossing the border at Pas de la Casa, with a direct connection through the Envalira Tunnel and Envalira Pass.

By plane

The closest French airports are:

  • Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (195 km)
  • Carcassonne Airport (176 km)

By train

The nearest train stations are:

  • L’Hospitalet-près-l’Andorre (with Skirail connection)
  • Latour-de-Carol

From these stations, regular HIFE bus services connect to Andorra.

By bus

  • Toulouse – Andorra: service operated by Andbus, with stops at both Toulouse Airport and Matabiau Central Station.

Where to Park in Ordino Arcalís in Summer

Free Parking

During summer, all parking areas in Ordino Arcalís are free of charge. You can park in any of the designated areas, all with direct access to trailheads and activity zones:

  • L’Hortell area: main parking and starting point for the Tristaina gondola.

Electric Vehicle Charging Points

  • L’Hortell: 5 dual charging stations (10 points total) with power up to 44 kW (2 x 22 kW).
