How do I access the resort’s Wi-Fi?
At Grandvalira, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for all visitors with a valid pass for the 2024-2025 season, for the duration of their pass. To access the resort Wi-Fi on a mobile device, tablet or PC, you will need to connect to the Grandvalira Wi-Fi network. Register by filling in your personal details on the form that will automatically open on your device. Enter an email address to verify the account and then enter the Wi-Fi code you will find on your pass. Once you have completed the registration process you will have 60 minutes in which to validate your email address and enjoy Internet access.

Yes, we have ski lockers in the Hortell and Planells sectors. You can book them by sending an email to consignaspasgrau@grandvalira.com. More information.

Although Grandvalira does not have its own hire shops, we recommend Viladomat Hortell shop, which do offer ski clothing hire.

Yes, there are two shops: one in the Hortell building and one in the Planells building. They offer standard equipment and more high-end equipment, both for alpine skiing and snowboarding, adults and children. They also have helmets and vests with Magnestick. You can hire equipment in advance through our website .
