  • How do I access the resort’s Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi at Ordino Arcalís is free for all guests. If you have a valid ski pass, you can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi for as many days as your ski pass is valid. Register by filling in your personal details on the form that will open automatically on your device. Enter an email address to verify your account and the Wi-Fi code found on your ski pass. Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll have 60 minutes to verify your email address and start using the internet.

  • Can I hire ski clothing?

    Although Ordino Arcalis does not have its own hire shops, but we recommend Viladomat shop (located in the Hortell and Planells building), which do offer ski clothing hire.

  • Which range of skis should I choose based on my level?

    Bronze Range
    · Level: Beginner or basic level.
    · Features: Skis shorter than the client's height; softer and more manoeuvrable, they forgive mistakes and make it easier to learn turns.
    · Ideal for people new to skiing.

    Silver Range
    · Level: Intermediate.
    · Features: Provides a balance between performance and control.
    · Ideal for skiers who already have some experience and are looking to improve their skiing level.

    Gold Range
    · Level: Advanced.
    · Features: These skis are more reactive and offer better performance in a variety of conditions.
    · Ideal for experienced and expert skiers looking for maximum technology and performance.

  • Does Ordino Arcalís have shops where you can rent ski and snowboard equipment?
    Yes, there are two shops: one in the Hortell building and one in the Planells building. They offer standard equipment and more high-end equipment, both for alpine skiing and snowboarding, adults and children. They also have helmets and vests with Magnestick. You can hire equipment in advance through our website .
