- Does the half-day option exist in plus+ Ski pass?
NO, there is no half-day option, nor nighttime slope, pedestrian, Mountain or Peretol passes in Plus+ Ski pass.
The Plus+ Ski pass is directly linked to the one-day ski pass.
- How can I recharge my Plus+ Ski Pass?
If last season you had a Plus+ Ski Pass or a Season Ski Pass, you can reuse the same pass to top up your Plus+ Ski Pass All you need to do is access to your My GrandSki account and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Follow these steps to correctly top up your Plus+ Ski Pass:
- Find the last active pass you used on the slopes as you will need the central numbers of the code printed on it.
- During the purchase process, once you have selected the products you want, select “top up now” and complete the code. Ensure that the number shown matches the one on your printed season pass.
- If you do not have the physical ski pass at hand, you can contact us through the web form or you have the option of requesting a duplicate at our ticket offices.
- What should I do if my Ski Pass Plus+is lost or stolen? Who should I contact?
If your Ski Pass Plus+ is lost or stolen at Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís or Pal-Arinsal, please report the situation as soon as possible to the Ski Season Pass customer service department by using our web form or by calling +376 89 18 00 so they can block it and prevent fraudulent use. Then, you must go to any of our authorized ticket offices at the resort to issue a duplicate, which has a cost of €5, so you can continue skiing. You can find the detailed procedure in section 1 of the resort’s Internal Regulations.
- How does the Plus+ Ski Pass work?
If your first day of skiing with the Forfait Plus+ is at Grandvalira, you will pay 100 % of the ticket office price. From the second day at Grandvalira, a 15 % discount on the ticket office price will be automatically applied. The same applies at the other resorts: on your first day of skiing at Pal Arinsal or Ordino Arcalís, the full ticket office price will be charged. From the second day at each resort, the 15 % discount will be applied.
The maximum amount charged during the season will be equivalent to the RRP of the Andorra Pass Non-Resident season ski pass for adults, juniors, seniors, or children, depending on the applicable category.
Please note that ticket office prices at Grandvalira Resorts are dynamic.
- If last season I had a Ski Pass Plus+, I need to renew my pass for the current season?
Yes, Ski Pass Plus+ needs to be renewed every season you want to use it. All you need to do is access to your My GrandSki account with your email and password as previous seasons, and pay again the 5€ registration fee for the 2025-26 season.
- How to pick up a Ski Pass Plus+ on behalf of another person?
Ski Pass Plus+ shall be delivered personally to the pass holder at the Grandvalira Resorts (Grandvalira, Parl-Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís) indicated during the contracting process and upon showing the reference number generated during the aforementioned process.
The pass holder shall similarly present photographic proof of identification to accredit his/her identity (passport or national identification document). In the case of not being the acquiring party, it will be necessary to present an authorization signed by the acquiring party along with a photocopy of his/her passport or national id.
Advantages and conditions
- How is the family discount applied to the Plus+ Ski Pass?
The family discount applies only when purchasing under a single account holder, starting from the third ski pass and as long as all members ski on the same day.
3rd ski pass → 2% discount
4th ski pass → 3% discount
5th ski pass → 4% discount
6th ski pass → 5% discount
7th ski pass → 6% discountFrom the eighth ski pass onward, the family discount does not apply to any member of the family group.
This discount is combinable with the 15% discount applied from the second day.
- If I have an accident and I have a Plus+ pass, what are the steps to follow?
In case of an accident on the ski resort, you must show your ski pass Plus+ at any of our Grandvalira Resorts medical centers. Remember that, in order to have medical assistance coverage, your Forfait Plus+ must be insured.

With your Ski Pass Plus+ you can take advantage of a 5% discount on some of the resort services at Grandvalira Resort (Ski and Snowboard School, equipment hire and shop…). You must present your Ski Pass Plus+ at the resort when you pay for a service.
Insurance
- If I have already used my Plus+ Ski Pass, can I add or remove the ski insurance?
Yes, you can add or remove the ski insurance.
You can purchase your ski insurance during the checkout process by adding it free of charge, as it will be charged per day skied.
If you forgot to add the insurance, you can always contact our team through the webform to request its inclusion.
You can also remove the insurance at any time by contacting our team through the form. In this case, the insurance will be removed so that you are not charged for future ski days, but any insurance already used will not be refunded.

- I have already registered with My Grandski, but can’t remember my password. What should I do?You can access My GrandSki whenever you like using your customer details. If you cannot remember the password, you can update by clicking on the "forgot password" button and you will receive an email to change it.
