Accommodation

  • How can I check the availability for my chosen dates?
    To see which hotels have rooms available, you can use our search engine to search for hotel + ski . Our website shows availability in real time, so if your desired hotel is shown, that means it has rooms available.
    It is important to bear in mind that if the hotel is not shown or there are no offers for your dates, that means it is not available.
  • Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?

    If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages, the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (Only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days.) This service is not available for bookings in which the first ski day is the same as the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to collect your pass from any of the ticket offices in our resort.

  • Can I enjoy a unique experience and sleep on the slopes?

  • Where can we eat?

    Enjoy our high-altitude gastronomy at La Coma de Arcalís restaurant (located at the arrival of the cable car). You can make a reservation by calling +376 759 529.

    You will also find fast food options on our terraces.                                                                                                                                            
    You can also enjoy a menu with fresh products of the day in the restaurant of the Refugio de Sorteny, located in the Vall de Sorteny Natural Park.  Further information. 

  • Where can I use my express menu ticket?
    You can use the express menu ticket at the following locations: the Hortell restaurant, the Planells restaurant (sandwich changed to Maxi Bikini) and the La Coma restaurant (terrace).  
  • Can I order food in advance?
    Yes, we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink). This menu optio can only be purchased online. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.
  • Do I need to book a table for the restaurants?
    There is no need to book for the fast food restaurants. However, we recommend booking ahead for the La Coma restaurant. Book a table.
  • Does Ordino Arcalís have menus and options for those with allergies and special dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.)?

    Yes, you can find these options in at least one restaurant in all of our sectors.
