Ordino Arcalís will extend the winter season until Sunday 12 April. The excellent snow conditions currently at the resort, as well as throughout the season, with consistent snowfall and accumulated depths ranging between 3 and 3.5 metres, ensure an optimal final stretch of the season for skiing. Abundant precipitation has made it possible for the resort to keep 100% of its slopes open since the end of December, as well as both designated freeride areas, which remain open.
The extension beyond the originally scheduled closing date of 6 April, coinciding with the end of the Easter holidays, will include the continuation of key resort services such as the ski and snowboard school and equipment rental. Furthermore, from 7 to 12 April, the main dining venues at Ordino Arcalís will remain open: Restaurant La Coma and Fast Food L’Hortell, thus guaranteeing food services for skiers during the final days of the season. The Planells and Portelles establishments will close as initially planned on 6 April 2026.
With this extension, Ordino Arcalís reaffirms its commitment to delivering the best possible experience until the very last day of the season, taking advantage of exceptional snow conditions that will allow visitors to embrace its untamed spirit well into spring. Meanwhile, Grandvalira and Pal Arinsal, which also have 100% of their slopes open and accumulated snow depths of up to 310 cm and 220 cm respectively, are maintaining their closing date of 6 April.
