As in the past few days, the sun and mild temperatures will take center stage at Grandvalira Resorts this upcoming weekend, making skiing and terrace activities the perfect plans, along with alternative activities. Furthermore, Grandvalira Resorts continue to offer over 160 kilometers of skiable terrain, with 119 km belonging to Grandvalira, featuring 89 open slopes, interconnecting all sectors, 67 operational lifts, and snow depths of up to 70 centimeters. Pal Arinsal currently offers 40 km of skiable terrain, snow depths of up to 60 centimeters, and 83% of operational lifts, including the cable car connecting both sectors, as well as the new Port Negre chairlift in Arinsal, the main novelty of the season. Lastly, Ordino Arcalís, which recently hosted the Borrufa Trophy in Les Canals and Portella del Mig, has 75% of open slopes and 80% of operational lifts, with snow depths reaching up to 100 centimeters.

Simultaneously, the pace of reservations remains strong, both during the week and especially on weekends. In fact, the last two weekends have set records for the season, with over 50,000 skiing days between Saturday and Sunday. It is anticipated that the pace of skiers at Grandvalira Resorts will remain very similar for the remainder of January and February.

Idyllic atmosphere on the terraces 

The forecast of mild temperatures and sunshine will invite visitors to take advantage of the idyllic atmosphere on all station terraces this weekend. Additionally, many of them will feature musical activations with a multitude of DJs entertaining the terraces of establishments in Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal, and Ordino Arcalís in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings to enhance the moments of relaxation. The IQOS Terrace in the Soldeu sector of Grandvalira will host a live violin experience by Lía Jensen, accompanied by DJ Richy Vuelcom, this Saturday, January 27. Also, the Racó de Solanelles in the Encamp sector has a schedule filled with great DJs to set the rhythm on its spectacular terrace. DJ Meiken will be there on Friday, January 26, Andro Colors will take over the rhythm on Saturday, January 27, and Mupe will be the protagonist on Sunday. Other terraces in Grandvalira that also promise a great atmosphere throughout the ski day include In The Snow Veuve Clicquot (El Tarter), Vermutería Petroni (Soldeu), Refugi de Pessons (Grau Roig), or Llac de Cubil (Encamp), among many others. In Pal Arinsal, a great atmosphere can be experienced on the terraces of Niu, Xiringuito, or Coll de la Botella, while in Ordino Arcalís, the terraces of La Coma, Planells, or Refugi de les Portelles stand out, among others.

Bresh Party and The Peak Afterparty at L’Abarset

One of the hottest spots this season in Grandvalira, L'Abarset, is gearing up for an exciting weekend. This very Friday, January 26, marks the arrival of one of the most beautiful winter parties at the popular après-ski venue in the El Tarter sector of Grandvalira: Bresh. The renowned Argentine-origin party, which landed in L'Abarset last season, is preparing for another high-energy celebration, the first of the two planned for this winter. The party will continue Saturday with the popular Malaga-based DJ Cuartero, one of the headliners on a very packed Saturday lineup that also features Mar-T and Luca Donzelli. Additionally, this Saturday sees the arrival of one of L'Abarset's most anticipated events: The Peak, the afterparty with special guests that will extend the venue's festivities until 2 a.m.

Brugal Parties at CBbC Costa Rodona in Pas de la Casa

Cala Bassa Costa Rodona in Pas de la Casa also promises a great après-ski atmosphere starting this Saturday and for the next 7 Saturdays with the Brugal parties, a series of highly visual live performances featuring various instrumental musicians with a DJ base, such as electronic violin, percussionists, electronic sax, and singers in the purest Ibiza style. The first performance this Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm will be led by electronic violinist Caio Ferraz.
