Return guarantee of your Season Ski Pass
When does this apply? This will be applied in the event of an accident, illness or forced closure of borders and/or the resort that prevents the skier from continuing to ski.
How does it work? A voucher will be issued as compensation, to be exchanged for the 2024 – 2025 season, according to the customer’s use of the Season Ski Pass during the current season.
What is the percentage refunded according to the days skied?
1 – 2 days skied: The customer may choose between benefiting from the Refund guarantee (see the conditions that apply in section 1 of this document) or request a discount voucher for 100% of the value paid for the purchase of the 2023-24 Nord Pass (holder only).
3 – 9 days skied: The days skied will be charged at the rate of a one day ski pass at the ticket office, and a discount voucher will be issued for the difference of the 2023-24 Nord Pass’ amount.
10 – 11 days skied: A discount voucher will be issued for 10% of the amount of the 2024-25 Nord Pass (ski pass holders only).
11+ days skied: If 12 or more days have been skied, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal will not issue a discount voucher as it considers that the ski pass holder has received sufficient services in return for the purchase of the ski pass, and therefore offers no compensation to the pass holder.
How long are they valid? The compensation vouchers are valid for two seasons.
