Punctuality is required both at the start of classes and when collecting the children. The instructor will be available 10 minutes before the start of the class, and a staff member will remain after the session ends.
The waiting time for a late student will be 5 minutes; after that, the class will begin, and it will be the responsibility of each parent to bring their child to the agreed meeting point with the instructor or accompany them to the mid-session break, where the group will pass through the Màgic room.
A medical certificate must be provided.
Insurance with the ski pass is mandatory; school insurance is accepted.
Breakfast is included during the season.
It is important that each child brings a backpack with a change of clothes or extra layers for colder days. For younger children, it is recommended to bring spare underwear.
Any child who does not have gloves, goggles, a helmet, or appropriate clothing for the weather will not be allowed to participate in the classes. It is the parents’ responsibility to apply sunscreen to their children.
Any day of non-attendance will be considered an absence with no right to make up the class.
Days missed due to the resort being closed will not be rescheduled.
The student’s level and assigned group are decided exclusively by the instructor, who is the professional responsible for their training.
The Màgic Ski Club reserves the right of admission and the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour does not respect the values of respect towards instructors and/or fellow students.
