What are the opening hours for the ticket offices to buy and/or pick up my passes?
Yes, the route starts at La Coma (car park), which can be reached on the Tristaina cable car. Before this cable car starts operating (6 June), you can reach La Coma by car or on foot. The route on foot starts there.
Promotions/Discounts
My child has a Super 3 Club Card: are they entitled to any discounts?
The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.
In the summer, from the first child onwards, there is a 15 % discount. To access this discount, you need to make your purchase at the ticket offices directly.
When travelling through mountainous areas in winter, you may encounter snow and/or ice on the road (as is the case in Andorra). Therefore, it is essential that you always carry snow chains, exercise caution when driving and check the weather before setting out.
If the weather is bad, are refunds given for the passes?
All passes purchased at the ticket offices or online include the weather guarantee. This means you can ski down the slopes once or use the ski lift once, to see if the weather and snow conditions are to your liking. If you are not convinced, we will exchange your ski pass for another day. More information.
