Our ticket offices are open every day throughout the winter season from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.

Where can I park my motorhome?
In summer you can park it in the Hortell car park for free, but no services are available.
Does the resort have car parks?
Yes, free car parks are available at the foot of the slopes. They have capacity for 1,500 vehicles.
Where can I park my motorhome?
Weather permitting, you can stay overnight in any of the 3 Hortell car parks.
Tristaina lakes
Can I visit the Tristaina lakes?
Yes, the route starts at La Coma (car park), which can be reached on the Tristaina cable car. Before this cable car starts operating (7 June), you can reach La Coma by car or on foot. The route on foot starts there.

Are there discounts for large families?
In the summer, from the first child onwards, there is a 15 % discount. To access this discount, you need to make your purchase at the ticket offices directly.
Do you have any discounts for disabled visitors?
If you present at the ticket office your proof of functional disability (33% or more) you will receive a 20% discount on the pass.
Is there a discount for Carnet Jove holders?
At this moment, we do not offer discounts for Carnet Jove members.
Is there a discount for Piolet Club card holders?
We do not offer any discounts for Piolet Club card holders at present.
Where can I check the current promotions for the season?
The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.

My child has a Super 3 Club Card: are they entitled to any discounts?
We do not offer any discounts for Super 3 Club Card holders at present.

Do staff from other resorts get any discounts?
Yes, they get a 20% discount on the price of the pass. To get this discount, go to any of our ticket offices and present your white HR card (the original, not a copy). This discount is not available for online bookings.
I am an instructor at another resort: am I entitled to any discounts?
If they hold an ISIA Card, instructors from other resorts are given a 20% discount on the price of the pass. To get this discount, go to any of our ticket offices and present your card. This discount is not available for online bookings.
Is it cheaper to buy the pass on the website than at the ticket offices?
Yes, because the pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them.

Weather/Snow Conditions/Open Trails
If the weather is bad, are refunds given for the passes?
All passes purchased at the ticket offices or online include the weather guarantee. This means you can ski down the slopes once or use the ski lift once, to see if the weather and snow conditions are to your liking. If you are not convinced, we will exchange your ski pass for another day. More information.

What precautions should I take when travelling to Andorra in winter?
When travelling through mountainous areas in winter, you may encounter snow and/or ice on the road (as is the case in Andorra). Therefore, it is essential that you always carry snow chains, exercise caution when driving and check the weather before setting out.
