General Terms and Conditions
A - DISCOUNTS SEASON PASS:
EARLY BOOKING PASS: price from July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021.
PROMOTIONAL PASS: price from October 1, 2021 to December 8, 2021.
PUBLIC SALE PRICE (PVP): price from December 9, 2021 to the end of the season.
INVITATIONS: with your season pass, 1 invitation for free (Baby Season Pass, Senior Gold Season Pass and Pedestrian Season Pass tickets are excluded from this offer).
PACK FAMILIES: consists of applying a special price to all the children that are part of the same family unit, it has to be accredited with an official document. The Family Pack promotion is for all families whose adults (at least one) buy the ORDINO ARCALÍS season pass.
DISCOUNT FOR RENEWALS: 10 % discount over the course of Early Booking and 5% discount other dates, on the price of the Season Ticket (upon pre- sentation of the 20/21 Season Ticket). This discount can be accumulated with family unit discounts.
B - PRICE CONDITIONS APPLIED:
1. JUNIOR (12-17 YRS): born between 2004 and 2009. Official proof of age required.
2. CHILD (6-11 YRS): born between 2010 and 2015. Official proof of age required.
3. SENIOR (65-69 YRS) RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS: born between 1952 and 1956. Official proof of age required.
4. BABY: children born in 2016 and after. Official proof of age required.
5. RESIDENT: Andorran passport or Comú residence certificate is required.
6. PEDESTRIAN (NO SKIING): The Pedestrian pass cannot be used for skiing.
+ 70 years old: exclusively sold at the Ski Andorra offices. Grandvalira considers "Senior Gold" to adults born in 1951 or before. Those born between 1951 and 1947 will have to pay a preferential rate of 100€ , while those born from 1946 onwards will have to pay 30€ to obtain the Season Ski Pass. C - INSURANCE:
Has to be purchased upon arrival at the station, before first day of skiing.
*Insurance for season: to be acquired on arrival at the resort before the first day's skiing. If any of the refund guarantees is applied, Grandvalira/ Ordino Arcalís will not refund the contracted insurance once the station is open.
NOTES:
The Ordino Arcalís Season Pass also offers free access to ski lifts during the winter season and also summer season 2022.

This pass is recyclable. You can recharge it online every season saving time and without going through the ticket office. In addition, you contribute to saving on plastic consumption and preserving the environment.
