Ordino Arcalís, known for having the greatest quality and quantity of snow in the Pyrenees, is joining the Grandvalira Resorts group. As a result, all Grandvalira season pass holders will also be able to ski at our facilities throughout the season.

Ordino Arcalís offers a unique setting in the mountains, where both families and experienced skiers can enjoy complete freedom in a safe environment, with no queues or crowds. Also, thanks to the new Tristaina cable car, it is now even more convenient.

General Terms and Conditions

A - DISCOUNTS SEASON PASS:

EARLY BOOKING PASS: price from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. 
PROMOTIONAL PASS: price from October 1, 2020 to December 8, 2020.
PUBLIC SALE PRICE (PVP): from December 9, 2020.
INVITATIONS: with your season pass, 1 invitation for free (Baby Season Pass, Senior Gold Season Pass and Pedestrian Season Pass tickets are excluded from this offer).
PACK FAMILIES: consists of applying a special price to all the children that are part of the same family unit, it has to be accredited with an official document. The Family Pack promotion is for all families whose adults (at least one) buy the ORDINO ARCALÍS season pass.
DISCOUNT FOR RENEWALS: 10 % discount  over the course of Early Booking and 5% discount  other dates, on the price of the Season Ticket (upon pre- sentation of the 19-20 Season Ticket). This discount can be accumulated with family unit discounts.
 

B - PRICE CONDITIONS APPLIED:

1. JUNIOR (12-17 YRS): born between 2003 and 2008. Official proof of age required.
2. CHILD (6-11 YRS): born between 2009 and 2014. Official proof of age required.
3. SENIOR (65-69 YRS) RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS: born between 1951 and 1955. Official proof of age required.
4. SENIOR GOLD: sale only in Ski Andorra. Grandvalira understands “Senior Gold” the adults born in 1950 or before. Official proof of age required.
5. BABY: Grandvalira understands “Baby” the children born in 2015 and after. Official proof of age required.
6. ALT URGELL OR CERDANYA RESIDENTS: official proof required. Obligatory Certificate of Residence.
7. RESIDENT: Andorran passport or Comú residence certificate is required.
8. PEDESTRIAN (NO SKIING): The Pedestrian pass cannot be used for skiing.
 

C - INSURANCE:

Has to be purchased upon arrival at the station, before first day of skiing.
*Insurance for season: to be acquired on arrival at the resort before the first day's skiing.
 

NOTES:

The Ordino Arcalís Season Pass also offers free access to ski lifts during the winter season and also summer season 2020.
With your season pass, 1 invitation for free (Baby Season Pass, Senior Gold Season Pass and Pedestrian Season Pass tickets are excluded from this offer).
This pass is recyclable. You can recharge it online every season saving time and without going through the ticket office. In addition, you contribute to saving on plastic consumption and preserving the environment.

How does ONLINE payment work and where can I find it?

The quickest, easiest and most convenient method is via the website.
 

1. “Purchase Season Pass online” 

2. At the Grandvalira Resorts stand in the Illa Carlemany Shopping Centre:

  • From October 1st to December 3rd, Monday to Sunday, from 11am to 7.30pm; except for 23th, 24th and 25th October when, because of the Andorra la Vella Fair, the stand will be closed and you can find us at our stand at the Fair.
  • From 4th December, Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 7.30pm.
  • From 9th December, Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7.30pm.


3. At the Grandvalira Resorts stand as part of the Andorra la Vella Fair from October 23th to 25th  2020 (during this period, the Illa Carlemany stand will be closed):
