  • Are there discounts on passes for people with functional diversity?
    Yes. You can find information on discounts and the corresponding conditions on our website.
  • At what age can I drive a snowmobile?
    You must be at least 18, although you do not need a driving licence. There are no age limits for passengers.
  • At what age do children require a pass?

    A pass must be purchased for all children born in 2019 or earlier (regardless of the day or month).  

  • Can adults and children have lessons with the same instructor?
    In order to ensure they learn correctly, we do not recommend that adults and children have the same instructor, as the teaching methods are different.
  • Can I access by car?

    The road is open until 6 June. When the Tristaina cable car starts operating, the road will close for vehicles from 8.30 am to 5 pm (see calendar).

  • Can I access the cable cars in my wheelchair?
    Wheelchair access is provided for the Tristaina cable car.
  • Can I access the slopes if I don't ski?

    Yes, there is a Pedestrian Pass that includes a return trip on the Tristaina cable car, returning within the same day. This will allow you to visit our restaurants and take part in some of the adventure activities, or simply enjoy the views.

  • Can I access the summer Bike Park with my season pass?

    Yes, during the summer of 2025 you will be able to access the Pal Arinsal Bike Park and the open sectors of Grandvalira with any of the winter season ski passes.
     

  • Can I be penalized for not carrying the Mountain Pass?
    If you are mountain skiing or snowshoeing within the concession area at one of these domains, you can be sanctioned if you don’t have your Mountain Pass (day or season).

    This sanction will NOT be issued by the police, but by the control team for the resort.
  • Can I bring my baby and pram/buggy with me onto the cable cars?
    Yes, you can bring them onto the Tristaina cable car.  If you need help, please ask one of our conductors.
