    Yes, the nursery is for children aged 1 to 3.

    Yes, you can find these options in at least one restaurant in all of our sectors.

  • Does Ordino Arcalís have shops where you can rent ski and snowboard equipment?
    Yes, there are two shops: one in the Hortell building and one in the Planells building. They offer standard equipment and more high-end equipment, both for alpine skiing and snowboarding, adults and children. They also have helmets and vests with Magnestick. You can hire equipment in advance through our website .
  • Does the current regulation on overnight stays for motorhomes apply only to the Grandvalira Resorts stations or to all of Andorra?

    This regulation applies to all of Andorra, not just the Grandvalira Resorts stations. Each parish may have specific rules, but in general, free overnight stays for motorhomes, campervans, or similar vehicles outside designated areas are not allowed.
    However, you can park and stay overnight in the following authorized areas and campsites in the country:

    • Camping Valira – Andorra la Vella
    • Camping Xixerella – Erts (La Massana)
    • Camping Santa Creu – Canillo
    • Camping Casal – Canillo
    • Camping Janramon – Canillo
    • Camping area Font de Ferrosins – Vall d’Incles (Canillo)
  • Does the half-day option exist in plus+ Ski pass?

    NO, there is no half-day option, nor nighttime slope, pedestrian, Mountain or Peretol passes in Plus+ Ski pass.

    The Plus+ Ski pass is directly linked to the one-day ski pass.

     

  • Does the pass price include insurance covering accidents on the slopes?
    No, but ski insurance can be taken out via our website when you purchase the pass. It can also be taken out at the ticket offices. It is important to bear in mind that once a pass has been used, insurance can no longer be added to it.
  • Does the price of children’s lessons include a pass?

    A pass is required for children's services and activities (Nursery, Snow garden, Kids Programme, children’s group lessons). The price of the pass is not included in these services and activities. 

  • Does the price of the lessons include the pass and equipment hire?

    The price of the lessons does not include the pass or the equipment hire. We have offers that combine these options at a cheaper price.

  • Does the resort have car parks?
    Yes, free car parks are available at the foot of the slopes. They have capacity for 1,500 vehicles.
  • Does the resort have ski lockers? Where are they?

    Yes, we have ski lockers in the Hortell and Planells sectors. You can book them by sending an email to consignaspasgrau@grandvalira.com. More information.
