    Yes, if you had an Andorra Pass or Nord Pass season pass in the 2024/2025 season and you did not use it, you can use it during the 2025 summer season and go to any ticket office of the resort to request it.

  • Can I use the cable cars if I’m pregnant?

    It is important to note that, in general, using the cable car does not pose any risks to pregnant women. However, as with any activity, it is essential that you listen to the guidelines and recommendations of your doctor.

  • Can I use the invitations I was unable to use in the 2024-25 season for the 2025-26 season?
    No, invitations expire with their season of validity, including summer.
  • Can I use the ski pass I bought during the winter season 2024/25, to the ski lifts enabled during the summer season 2025?

    Users who are holders of an Andorra Pass, Nord Pass or Mountain Pass purchased during the winter season 2024/25, can access the Grandvalira Resorts ski lifts during the summer season 2025 to the Grandvalira, Pal sectors.


  • Can I visit the Tristaina lakes?

    Yes, the route starts at La Coma (car park), which can be reached on the Tristaina cable car. Before this cable car starts operating (7 June), you can reach La Coma by car or on foot. The route on foot starts there.

  • Do I need a pass for the adventure activities?
    Yes, you need to have a pass because the activity centre is not at the foot of the slopes; it is accessed via the Tristaina cable car. If you purchase one of our activity packages, the pass is included.
  • Do I need to book a table for the restaurants?
    There is no need to book for the fast food restaurants. However, we recommend booking ahead for the La Coma restaurant. Book a table.
  • Do the adventure activities include insurance?
    No, the price of the activities does not include insurance. However, you can take out insurance during the purchase process, or at our activity centres. This insurance only covers the activities that take place within the ski area.
  • Do you have any discounts for disabled visitors?

    If you present at the ticket office your proof of functional disability (33% or more) you will receive a 20% discount on the pass.

  • Does a non-resident/tourist also need a Mountain pass?

    The rules and laws are the same for everyone. A non-resident or someone on vacation in the country who wants to practice ski touring or snowshoeing at the ski resorts in Andorra must have the Mountain Pass. In this case, they can purchase a day pass.
