  • Can I hire adapted equipment at the resort?
    We do not have equipment available for hire; however, the equipment is included in the price of the private lessons offered by our school.  If you are interested in this activity or would like further information, please complete the following form .
  • Can I hire ski clothing?

     Although Grandvalira does not have its own hire shops, we recommend Viladomat Hortell shop, which do offer ski clothing hire.

  • Can I order food in advance?

    Yes, we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink). This menu option can only be purchased online. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.

  • Can I organise my own snowshoeing excursion?

    To access the marked routes within the area encompassing the ski resorts, you must have a mountain pass. For more information, please click on the following link.

  • Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?

    If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages, the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (Only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days.) This service is not available for bookings in which the first ski day is the same as the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to collect your pass from any of the ticket offices in our resort.

  • Can I purchase ski insurance if I have already used my season pass?

    Ski insurance must be purchased with your season pass or, in all cases, before you ski for the first time. Insurance cannot be added or remove once your Ski Pass has been used. You can check the coverage at: Creandvida  
    Remember, you can also take out ski insurance with the season Mountain Pass or Pedestrian. 

  • Can I reach it by bicycle?

    You can reach the La Coma area by road. Bicycles are not allowed on the Creussans chairlift.

  • Can I reuse the extracurricular, university or companion ski pass from the 2024/25 season?

    Yes, all new ski season passes issued during the 2024/25 season are reusable. These supports will be reusable for future seasons.

  • Can I spend the night with my motorhome at the Grandvalira Resorts stations?

    Currently, with the enforcement of Law 5/2025, overnight stays and camping with motorhomes, campervans or similar vehicles are prohibited outside of campsites, camping areas or specifically designated zones.

    However, you can park and spend the night in the following authorized areas and campsites in the country:

    • Camping Valira - Andorra la Vella
    • Camping Xixerella - Erts (La Massana)
    • Camping Santa Creu - Canillo
    • Camping Casal - Canillo
    • Camping Janramon - Canillo
    • Camping area Font de Ferrosins - Vall d'Incles (Canillo)

    This regulation is found in Title III of the law, specifically in Article 44. 

  • Can I start group lessons any day of the week?

    The group lessons that are for 3, 4 or 5 days start on Mondays, and the ones that are for 2 days start on Saturdays. It is not possible to start on another day of the week, except on 27 December, when there is a special start date for the classes that are for 3, 4 or 5 days.
