Yes, we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink). This menu option can only be purchased online. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.

If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages, the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (Only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days.) This service is not available for bookings in which the first ski day is the same as the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to collect your pass from any of the ticket offices in our resort.
Ski insurance must be purchased with your season pass or, in all cases, before you ski for the first time. Insurance cannot be added or remove once your Ski Pass has been used. You can check the coverage at: Creandvida

You can reach the La Coma area by road. Bicycles are not allowed on the Creussans chairlift.
Yes, all new ski season passes issued during the 2024/25 season are reusable. These supports will be reusable for future seasons.

This regulation is found in Title III of the law, specifically in Article 44.
The group lessons that are for 3, 4 or 5 days start on Mondays, and the ones that are for 2 days start on Saturdays. It is not possible to start on another day of the week, except on 27 December, when there is a special start date for the classes that are for 3, 4 or 5 days.
