Does the resort have ski lockers? Where are they?
Yes, we have ski lockers in the Hortell and Planells sectors. You can book them by sending an email to consignaspasgrau@grandvalira.com. More information.
For how long must my residence certificate / padrón be valid?
The residence certificate issued by the Comú / Town Hall must be valid for a maximum of 3 months from its date of issue at the time of the season pass’ purchase.
In the case of Canillo residents, the certificate must also be issued within 3 months of the date of issue, and they must have been registered with the Comú for at least two years to obtain the special price.
How can I access the resort’s Wi-Fi?
During the summer, the resort’s Wi-Fi connection is free of charge.
How can I access the Solar Viewpoint?
Depending on when you visit, you will be able to access the Viewpoint in different ways.

• If you are planning to come before 5 December:

   Once the summer season has ended (02/11/25), and for 1 month after that (depending on the snowfall), both the CG3 access road and the mountain trail to the Solar Viewpoint may be covered with snow and/or ice. If this is the case, you will need to leave your car at the Hortell car park, and it is possible that you may need snowshoes and/or crampons to go up.
   If the road is clear, you will be able to drive as far as the La Coma car park and, from there, walk up the signposted mountain trail. There are no open ski lifts (cable car or chairlift).

• From 5 December to 6 April 2025:

   o With a mountain guide, via the Creussans chairlift, the meeting point is at La Coma. This chairlift cannot be used without a guide.
   o For free (with snowshoes, crampons, hiking, etc.), entering via the Creussans slope. Accessing the Viewpoint is only recommended for the most experienced mountain skiers, where the safety conditions allow, depending on the risk of avalanches.

   We recommend checking the weather conditions before your stay, as well as any recommendations or signposting that there may be.
How can I access the Solar Viewpoint?
Depending on when you visit, you will be able to access the Viewpoint in different ways:

• Before 6 June: Once the winter season has ended, and for 1 month after that (depending on natural thawing), both the CG3 access road and the mountain trails to the Solar Viewpoint may be covered with snow and/or ice. If this is the case, you will need to leave your car at the Hortell car park, and it is possible that you may need snowshoes and/or crampons to go up/come down.
Once the road is clear, you will be able to drive as far as the La Coma car park and, from there, walk up the signposted mountain trail. There are no open ski lifts (cable car or chairlift).

• From 7 June to 2 November 2025, the Tristaina Cable Car and the Creussans chairlift are in operation.

Please look at the calendar to check which ski lift is open on the day you visit.

Important: please note that the CG3 road (between the Hortell car park and La Coma del Forat) is closed to motorised traffic from the base of the resort, so it is not possible to gain access by car.

The viewpoint is located at a height of 2,701 metres, therefore, we recommend that you wear hiking shoes and clothes, and check the weather forecast in advance.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking directly on our website. You will need to access your My GrandSki account, select the “My bookings” section and open the booking you wish to cancel.
How can I check the availability for my chosen dates?
To see which hotels have rooms available, you can use our search engine to search for hotel + ski . Our website shows availability in real time, so if your desired hotel is shown, that means it has rooms available.
It is important to bear in mind that if the hotel is not shown or there are no offers for your dates, that means it is not available.
How can I download the invoice for my purchase?
Access your MyGrandski user area through the platform. In the season pass menu go to the "My purchases" folder. In this folder search the purchase for which you want to obtain the invoice. Click on "view", and once inside, at the bottom of the purchase, you can view or download the invoice.

How can I find out if I already have a My GrandSki account?
You will already have a My GrandSki account if: *You have made an online purchase at any time. *You have registered with the Grandvalira app. *You have signed in to the resort’s Wi-Fi network.
