The family discount applies only when purchasing under a single account holder, starting from the third ski pass and as long as all members ski on the same day.
3rd ski pass → 2% discount
4th ski pass → 3% discount
5th ski pass → 4% discount
6th ski pass → 5% discount
7th ski pass → 6% discount
From the eighth ski pass onward, the family discount does not apply to any member of the family group.
This discount is combinable with the 15% discount applied from the second day.
You can cancel a booking at no extra cost until the date when cancellation fees apply.
The first section, which takes 6 minutes, starts in Hortell and takes you up to the La Coma restaurant. Then, you have the second section: a journey of 15 minutes on the Creussans chairlift. Once you are at the top of the Creussans chairlift, you walk along the mountain trail for 15-20 minutes until you reach the viewpoint.
Plus+ Ski Pass shall be delivered personally to the pass holder at the Grandvalira Resorts (Grandvalira, Pal-Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís) and upon showing the reference number generated during the purchase process.
The pass holder shall similarly present photographic proof of identification to accredit his/her identity (passport or national identification document). In the case of not being the purchase holder, it will be necessary to present an authorization signed by the acquiring party along with a photocopy of his/her passport or national id.
During the winter as a travel agents you have for you, a 20% discount on the purchase of ski passes of 2 days or more per season. To benefit from this advantage you must contact us, at least 48 hours in advance, from your agency email, making the corresponding request, to the email recepcio@grandvaliraresorts.com.
