  • Can I bring my dog on my snowshoeing excursion or ski mountaineering ?
    In accordance with the law concerning mountain resorts, access to the mountain circuits and the slopes with dogs and pets is prohibited.
  • Can I bring my dog onto the slopes?
    Dogs are not allowed on the slopes while the resort is operating during the winter season. 
  • Can I check the weather forecast for the slopes and find out about skiable kilometres and snow conditions in Ordino Arcalís?

  • Can I edit my details?
    Yes, you can. If you access your My GrandSki account and open the “My details” section, you can edit whichever details you wish, except for your email address.

  • Can I exchange the mode of my season pass?
    To exchange a ski pass, you must contact the seasonal ski pass department using our form.
    If the season has not yet started and the ski pass has not been used, it can be exchanged, and the difference will be either paid or refunded according to the exchange.
    On the other hand, please note that if your season ski pass is an Andorra Pass that has been used and you want a Nord Pass, the skied days will be subtracted  from the price of the initial purchase (including the invitation if it has been used). These skied days will be considered at the price of a day ski pass at the ticket office. After this, the exchange will be carried out.
     
  • Can I fly my drone in Ordino Arcalís?

    While the resort is in operation, Grandvalira Resorts forbids the use of drones throughout the entire area that comprises and is used by the resort. You can find more information on the legislation governing the use of drones in Andorra here.

  • Can I go up to the Solar Viewpoint with children?

    Yes, children from 3 years old can take the chairlift, always accompanied by an adult. It is not permitted to carry children in backpacks.

  • Can I go up with my dog?

    During the summer season, pets are allowed on the Tristaina cable car. However, they are not permitted on the Creussans chairlift.
    If you wish to reach the viewpoint, we offer a secure kennel where you can leave your dog during your visit.

  • Can I have adapted ski lessons?

    Our ski schools offer the opportunity to learn to ski and can adapt to most types of functional diversity, in order to make the sport accessible to all. Our instructors are highly qualified in the use of adaptive techniques for alpine skiing.
