When making an online booking, you must pay the full amount using your credit or debit card. Alternative payment methods (such as bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) are not accepted.

If the conditions of your purchase allow it, when formalising the payment, the system will show you the option to pay 10% of the total amount of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically debited 7 days before the start date for cancellation fees.

Once your booking is paid in full, you will receive an email with the service voucher, confirming that your booking has been successfully processed and paid for.

Ski season passes obtained online are issued in person to the purchaser at Grandvalira Resorts facilities, (you will need to show the reference number generated during the process). The owner of the purchase will also need to show a suitable personal identity document with a photograph to prove their identity (passport or national identity document). If another person goes on behalf of the purchaser, they will need an authorisation signed by the purchaser and a photocopy of their passport or national identity document.

If last season you had a Plus+ Ski Pass or a Season Ski Pass, you can reuse the same pass to top up your Plus+ Ski Pass  All you need to do is access to your My GrandSki account and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Follow these steps to correctly top up your Plus+ Ski Pass:

1. Find the last active pass you used on the slopes as you will need the central numbers of the code printed on it. 
2. During the purchase process, once you have selected the products you want, select “top up now” and complete the code. Ensure that the number shown matches the one on your printed season pass.
3. If you do not have the physical ski pass at hand, you can contact us through the web form or you have the option of requesting a duplicate at our ticket offices.

Follow the steps below to correctly top up your Season Pass:

1. Locate the last active ski pass you used, as you will need the central numbers of the printed WTP code.
2. In the checkout process, once you have selected the desired products and added the necessary documents, select "reload now" and complete the code. Make sure that the numbering shown matches the number on your printed ski pass.
3. If you do not have your physical ski pass at hand, you can contact our department through the web form. If you do not have the physical pass, you can order a new pass instead of topping it up.

At Grandvalira, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for all visitors with a valid pass for the 2025-2026 season, for the duration of their pass. To access the resort Wi-Fi on a mobile device, tablet or PC, you will need to connect to the Grandvalira Wi-Fi network. Register by filling in your personal details on the form that will automatically open on your device. Enter an email address to verify the account and then enter the Wi-Fi code you will find on your pass. Once you have completed the registration process you will have 60 minutes in which to validate your email address and enjoy Internet access.

If your first day of skiing with the Forfait Plus+ is at Grandvalira, you will pay 100 % of the ticket office price. From the second day at Grandvalira, a 15 % discount on the ticket office price will be automatically applied. The same applies at the other resorts: on your first day of skiing at Pal Arinsal or Ordino Arcalís, the full ticket office price will be charged. From the second day at each resort, the 15 % discount will be applied.

The maximum amount charged during the season will be equivalent to the RRP of the Andorra Pass Non-Resident season ski pass for adults, juniors, seniors, or children, depending on the applicable category.
