  • What are the steps to follow to enjoy my ski days in other resorts?
    Each season pass has advantages and special conditions. In order to enjoy your ski days in the resorts that have an agreement with Grandvalira Resorts, you must enter our Andorra Pass or Nord Pass website and select the international ski resort to find out how to access, how many days and available dates you have with your season pass.
  • What are the terms and conditions for cancellation?

    Each service has its own cancellation policy, which can be found in the shopping cart or on the voucher for the purchased service.

  • What dates does the Solar Viewpoint open?
    The Solar Viewpoint is always open and can be visited nearly all year round. There are different accesses, depending on the season. Further information .
  • What discounts and/or benefits am I entitled to with my season pass?

    With a season pass, you obtain a 10% discount on services at Grandvalira and the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts (lessons, catering, activities...), along with attractive benefits outside Grandvalira Resorts. Check them out regularly on our website.

  • What discounts and/or offers will I get with my Season Pass?

    With your Ski Pass Plus+ you can take advantage of a 5% discount on some of the resort services at Grandvalira Resort (Ski and Snowboard School, equipment hire and shop…). You must present your Ski Pass Plus+ at the resort when you pay for a service.
     

  • What discounts are applied to families?

    Families that purchase three or more season passes receive exclusive benefits and discounts. A 25% discount is applied to the third family pass, which can be added to the renewal discount during the Early Booking and Promotion periods (5%).
    Bear in mind that the discounts are applied only to the spouse and direct descendants of the pass holder, from the third pass onwards, provided that the first two are an adult or junior. Furthermore, this discount is only applicable once and to purchases made by a pass holder. Grandvalira will not apply the family discount on subsequent purchases made by the other holders even if the family relationship conditions are met.
    Please note. Season Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Freestyle, Senior, Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Andorra Resident (all parishes), Sunday Pass, Extracurricular, University and Companion passes are excluded. 
    The Andorra Pass and Nord Pass season tickets can benefit from a discount in the purchase of a same family unit.

  • What do I have to do if I am a member of the Andorran Mountaineering Federation (FAM) to get the Mountain Pass?
    To get the special FAM price the purchase can be in person, directly at the Grandvalira Resorts stand located in the shopping center of the illa Carlemany or at the ticket offices of the resort you want from the opening or on the Grandvalira.com website. Please note that you will have to present your FAM membership card at the time of purchase.
  • What does the Andorra Pass Summer consist of?

    This pass includes access to any two of these five Grandvalira Resorts sectors: Canillo, Soldeu, Encamp, Ordino and Pal.

    Information to take into account:                                                                                                                                    

    - Use of the cable car and one activity are included in each sector. More details by following this link. 

    - You can use this pass on consecutive or non-consecutive days throughout the whole summer (subject to the calendar of each activity).                                                                                                                               

    - You can use this pass in different sectors or in the same sector.

  • What does the Mountain Pass include?
    During winter, the Mountain Pass gives you access to the 39 marked mountain skiing circuits at the resorts, and to areas of the skiable domain that are suitable for snowshoeing. It also allows you to use the 13 ski lifts designated by the resorts (with one return trip per day, per lift).
