  • In which case can I get the renewal discount?

    If you bought a season pass for the 2024-25 season that was not fully or partially reimbursed, the renewal discount will be applied automatically when you buy the new pass online or a ticket office, provided that you log in using the email associated with your MyGrandski account.
    If you do not remember your password, you can restore it from our platform.

    Please note: the renewal discount does not apply to Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Baby, extracurricular, university, companion passes.


     

  • In which cases do we recommend buying the Forfait Plus+ to our clients?

    We recommend the purchase of the Plus+ ski pass to all non-resident clients who consider that they will ski less than 20 days. And to clients residing in Andorra for less than 9 days.  

    In both cases, if you ski more days than indicated in any of the Grandvalira Resorts, the maximum payment limit of the Forfait Plus+ is 1,365 €, which is equivalent to the RRP price of the Andorra Pass 25-26 Season Pass. 

    Grandvalira → reference price: 67 € the first day of skiing and the following days: 67 € -15%.
    Ordino Arcalís → reference price: 47.50 € the first day of skiing and the following days: 47.50 € -15%.
    Pal Arinsal → reference price: 51.50 € the first day of skiing and the following days: 51.50 € -15%.


    *We remind you that these prices are approximate, as the sales prices at the Grandvalira Resorts ticket offices can be dynamic.

  • Is a Mountain Pass necessary when crossing the resort in order to access another route outside the skiable area?
    Anyone who crosses the resort without using the routes indicated or the ski lifts that are accessible to them in order to get to another location outside the skiable domain will not need a pass.
  • Is access adapted for people with reduced mobility?
    The Solar Viewpoint is located on the peak of Peyreguils, at an altitude of 2,701m. It is a 15 to 20-minute walk on a narrow mountain path. It is therefore not recommended for some types of disability
  • Is free overnight parking allowed on the slopes?

    Free overnight parking on the slopes is not allowed, but there are nearby designated areas where you can safely and legally stay overnight with a motorhome:

    • Camping Valira - Andorra la Vella
    • Camping Xixerella - Erts (La Massana)
    • Camping Santa Creu - Canillo
    • Camping Casal - Canillo
    • Camping Janramon - Canillo
    • Camping area Font de Ferrosins - Vall d'Incles (Canillo) 
  • Is it advisable to book skiing lessons in advance?
    We recommend booking in advance, especially for certain dates in high season such as Christmas, Epiphany, Carnival and Easter.
  • Is it cheaper to buy the pass on the website than at the ticket offices?
    Yes, because the pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them. 
  • Is it possible to return a multi-day pass that has been partially used?
    Once a ski pass has been used, no refund is possible.
  • Is the Mountain Pass necessary for mountain skiing outside the skiable areas?
    No. The Mountain Pass is only required when mountain skiing within the ski resorts. 
  • Is there a discount for Carnet Jove holders?

    At this moment, we do not offer discounts for Carnet Jove members.
