  • Where can I check the current promotions for the season?

    The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.

  • Where can I collect the passes and services I’ve purchased?
     You can get them by presenting your voucher at any of our ticket offices in the resort, or at the express ticket machines located at Illa Carlemany, Hortell and Planell.
  • Where can I park my motorhome?

    You can park your motorhome in designated areas.

    Currently, overnight stays or camp are not permitted in the parking lots of Grandvalira Resorts. However,  you can do so at the following campsites or specific authorised areas:        

    ✓ Camping Valira – Andorra la Vella
    ✓ Camping Xixerella – Erts (La Massana)
    ✓ Camping Santa Creu – Canillo
    ✓ Camping Casal – Canillo
    ✓ Camping Janramon – Canillo
    ✓ Camping area Font de Ferrosins – Vall d’Incles (Canillo) 

  • Where can I pick up my invitation?

    In order to collect your invitation at any of the Grandvalira Resorts ticket offices, you will have to access your My GrandSki account, go to the invitations section and obtain the locator.  You can also send it to a friend or relative. You must bear in mind the following information:

    ANDORRA PASS invitations: these can be used at the Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.

    NORD PASS invitations: these can be used at the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.

    Invitations from the website can be requested once the current season has begun.
    When you pick up your invitation, if you are not going to use it, make sure you do not carry it with you, or it may be activated at any ski lift and consumed.

    Please note: When requesting the Reimbursement Guarantee, the invitation counts as one day of skiing. The following are excluded: Season Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Freestyle, Senior, Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Andorra Pass (all parishes), Sunday Pass, Extracurricular, University and Companion passes. 
     

  • Where can I see the available times for my activity?

    You can select your chosen time for the activity during the step prior to completing the booking. 

  • Where can I use my express menu ticket?

    You can use the express menu ticket at the following locations: the Hortell restaurant (sandwich changed to Maxi Bikini), the Planells restaurant and the La Coma restaurant (terrace).  

  • Where can we eat?

    Enjoy our high-altitude gastronomy at La Coma de Arcalís restaurant (located at the arrival of the cable car). You can make a reservation by calling +376 759 529.

    You will also find fast food options on our terraces.                                                                                                                                            
    You can also enjoy a menu with fresh products of the day in the restaurant of the Refugio de Sorteny, located in the Vall de Sorteny Natural Park.  Further information. 

  • Where is the activity centre located?
    It is located at the foot of La Coma, so you travel down on the Tristaina cable car to the right.
  • Where is the ski school located? Can I get there by car?

    The ski school is located in the Els Planells area, and can be accessed by car.

  • Which cards do you accept?
    We accept Mastercard, Visa and 4B.  Payment by American Express is not accepted.
